Miley Cyrus stepped out in Los Angeles with a new hairdo: her pixie cut updated with blue streaks.

The former Hannah Montana star paired the hairstyle with a cropped black, short-sleeved top and black pants, along with red lipstick. See photos here.

The 20-year-old was photographed with the new style days after rumors circulated that her fiance Liam Hemsworth, 23, was having an affair with Mad Men star January Jones. The two were seen at a Grey Goose pre-Oscars party at the Chateau Marmont earlier in the month where eyewitnesses said they kissed. They also were photographed leaving the party together in the same car.

"It looked like they had some hot chemistry," a witness claimed. "They were all over each other - and they even kissed!"

However, E! confirmed that Hemsworth and Cyrus have not broken up. A source said the couple went to separate Oscar parties because Cyrus' mom wanted to go to Elton John's annual AIDS Foundation Oscar viewing party while Hemsworth wanted to go to the Grey Goose bash. So Cyrus partied with her mother that night. The source added about Cyrus and Hemsworth, "They are totally together."

Cyrus also wore her engagement ring when she was spotted with her blue hair recently.

Cyrus caught the attention of onlookers in mid-February at New York Fashion Week when she reportedly "flirting with every guy and girl in sight, especially the models," according to a source. Cyrus even got into a dispute with celebrity blogger Perez Hilton after he accused her of hooking up with Gossip Girl actor Ed Westwick.

Hemsworth and Cyrus got engaged in 2012.
