Justin Bieber stepped out in London on Feb. 26 wearing an ensemble that added Selena Gomez to its list of haters, saying she felt embarrassed for her ex-boyfriend and the look he was sporting out in public.

Bieber was photographed wearing a large, bright yellow hat detailed with metallic spikes. He also had on oversized glasses, a black sweatshirt, gold chain, two gold watches - one on each wrist - and baggy, pink leopard-print pants. See photo here.

A source close to Gomez told Hollywood Life that after the Spring Breakers star saw the outfit Bieber was wearing, she broke into fits of laughter.

"She hasn't laughed harder in a very long time," the source said. "She was embarrassed for him."

Bieber, noticing that his outfit gathered a lot of attention, wrote on his Twitter page that the ensemble was a dare. The 19-year-old reportedly tweeted, "Ryan said you won't go out in that, I said watch me! Haha, too colorful. Next time I'm gonna wear a black hat."

In late February, an insider said though Gomez and Bieber broke up she still worries about him and his wild antics. Since separating from the actress/singer, Bieber was spotted partying with girls until 4 a.m., stripping on stage during a concert, getting into a heated Twitter war with Patrick Carney of The Black Keys and mooning a camera, among other things.

He recently celebrated his 19th birthday in London but his celebration on March 1 ended early and prompted Bieber to tweet "worst birthday." A source at London's Cirque du Soir, where the Boyfriend singer was celebrating with friends including actor Jaden Smith and British singer Ella-Paige Roberts-Clarke, told Us Weekly there was a confrontation between Bieber's team and security at the club because of Smith, who at 14 was not old enough to get into the venue. The circus-themed party was ultimately shut down due to underage guests.
