Property prices in Star City are about to bottom out, and it's all thanks to the Legends of Tomorrow.

Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvil) and his squad will make an unexpected trip in 2046, and their crash landing will place them squarely in the Green Arrow's (Stephen Amell) stomping grounds. Unfortunately for an older Oliver Queen, he has failed Star City.
"Our heroes face a startling version of their own future where they never stop Savage (guest star Casper Crump) and never return home. The city is in ruins and overrun by criminals, which thrills Rory (Dominic Purcell)," The CW teased. "Sara (Caity Lotz) is despondent over the destruction of her home and stunned when she learns what happened to her old friend, Oliver Queen."
Amell will age up 30 years for the crossover, and "Star City 2046" will give him a look akin to that of Queen in Dark Knight Returns. That means losing an arm and gaining a little extra facial hair.
"We're not only introducing our version of Connor Hawke to our universe, we're going to meet the 2046 version of Oliver Queen, and Stephen Amell is going to be reprising his role from Arrow," executive producer Marc Guggenheim said of the crossover, according to Entertainment Weekly.
"Star City 2046" will air as the series' sixth episode on Feb. 25.
