Season 4 of The Voice will premiere on Monday, March 25 on NBC at 8/7C

New coaches Shakira and Usher will join seasons 1-3 judges Adam Levine and Blake Shelton when the season begins. Christina Aguilera and Cee-Lo Green, who coached on seasons 1-3 will concentrate on their music careers and will return for season 5 in September.

NBC posted a video clip to give the show's fans a sneak peek at what they can expect from the Latina songstress. Her fellow panelist Blake Shelton gave a hint and described the process of working with two new additions as "different", calling Shakira "very competitive."

"Especially Shakira," Shelton told Hufffington Post."I've gotta hand it to her, she came in with her claws out - she definitely had done her research and saw the bartering that goes on in the blind auditions and she was ready for it."

Shakira and her boyfriend Gerard Pique welcomed their first child, a son named Milan on Jan. 22.

She shared the news of her pregnancy the day after NBC announced she was signed on to be a coach for season 4 of The Voice.

Shakira stepped out for the first time last month, a mere three weeks after the birth of her first child. The Colombian beauty stunned photographers on Feb. 14 because the first-time mom appeared very svelte on Valentine's Day in Barcelona, Spain. She was on her way to a doctor's appointment and had her son in a red baby a carrier against her chest.
