James' iPad broke. For a nine year old boy with Down syndrome and autism, it was going to be difficult. The iPad was his companion since he was three years old.

His mom, LynnMarie, bought him an iPad after a friend suggested it to her to help him communicate: talking and spelling.

One day, it stopped working and she knew she had to get a new one before the snow storm hits the town.
So James and his mom went to the Apple Store. Mom knew that a trip to anywhere with James will always be a guessing game of how the day would turn out.

And so her dreaded fear came when James just suddenly ran and slammed himself face first into the glass.
The scene had everyone in the store staring at him except for one employee who went to James' rescue by just simply sitting down with him and introduce him to his new iPad.

The scene was amazing and LynnMarie ran out of words to describe how thankful she is to him for helping her out with her son.

It is not everyday you ran into people with a great act of kindness.
