Although the 27-year-old Vanderpump Rules star has admitted to getting a new chin, and using fillers, a New York-based surgeon, who has not worked with Schroeder, suspects there is more to her story.

“It looks like she’s had an upper eye lift, a nose job, some fillers in her cheeks as her cheekbones are much higher, more angular,”Dr. James Marotta explained to the New York Daily News' Page Six on Tuesday.

In addition to going under the knife for a chin implant after high school, Schroeder has spoke openly about her recent breast lift and a reduction. However, despite her claims of having undergone just two surgeries, Marotta estimated that the total of her surgeries could have been around $20,000.

“Fillers are temporary, with the cost being about $700,” Marotta said of the procedure, which requires six-month maintenance.

In November, Schroeder spoke of her decision to undergo a breast reduction on her Podcast series, Straight Up With Stassi.

“It’s too uncomfortable and they are so saggy, they look like tube socks with change in them,” she explained. “They’re too big. It’s back pain, and I started bleeding the other day when I was working out because of my sports bra, so I have scabs.”
