It seems even the smallest thing can tick off Chris Brown. Brown, 23, exploded at a parking attendant over a $10 valet parking charge on Wednesday night.

Brown yelled at the attendant because he was inside the event for thirty minutes and felt he shouldn't have to pay for a parking fee. TMZ has obtained a video where Brown is overheard threatening the attendant, telling him that he would "turn this whole spot up."

In the video below, Brown is heard saying, "Gimme my keys ... we gonna turn this whole spot up ... I promise you."

After one of Brown's friends gave the attendant $10, the Dont Judge Me singer spewed "funky ass ten dollars!" then drove away and sped off.

Brown attended the Stars and Strikes celebrity bowling and poker event at a bowling alley in Studio City, Calif. The event was held to raise money for a youth charity called A Place Called Home.

Brown's temper may have caused a fight between him and singer Frank Ocean outside of a Los Angeles recording studio in January. The brawl took place at the Westlake Studio on Santa Monica Blvd over a parking spot. Brown reportedly pushed the Odd Future member first which led to a scuffle and a physical brawl between the two entertainers and their friends.

Brown assaulted Rihanna on the eve of the Grammys in 2009 and is currently on probation on charges for the domestic assault. Last year, he was injured in a brawl in a Manhattan nightclub between his friends and rapper Drake's camp.
