Justin Bieber collapsed during his show and still came back to continue the concert. In a new video released, the pop star was having trouble breathing while singing his song Beauty & The Beat.

The 19-year-old slows down, puts a hand to his head then bends over, resting his hands on knees before walking slowly to the back of the stage.

Prithvi Pandya, an 18-year-old journalism student who captured the footage, said she didn't see Bieber collapse, but knew "something was wrong" when the dancers appeared on stage.

"When he started 'Beauty and a Beat' you could see he was struggling," said Pandya, who was near the front of the crowd. "He took lots of drinks of water, that seemed unusual, and he was really sweaty, sweating a helluva lot."

Bieber paused the concert to receive "oxygen and treatment backstage," according to the representative.

Bieber was rushed to a nearby hospital and he even tweeted two photos to update his fans on his condition. He posted: "Getting better. thanks for everyone pulling me thru tonight. best fans in the world. figuring out what happened. thanks for the love."

Fans responsed on Twitter to support Bieber.

"Take it easy, try not to work yourself too hard," said one fan.

"Hope you're feeling better Justin, love you x," said another.

A spokesperson for Bieber said he was recovering well from Thursday's collapse. "Justin has been released from the hospital after a check-up and, while he's feeling a little under the weather, he's currently planning on going ahead with tonight's show."

On Monday, he kept thousands of young fans and their angry parents waiting after arriving on stage nearly two hours late for a sold-out show at the same arena. The singer was greeted by boos from the crowd.

"Someone needs to buy Justin Bieber an alarm clock - or give him a boot up the bum. 90 minutes late on stage on O2 on a school night... poor," a fan tweeted.

"There is no excuse for that and I apologize for anyone we upset," Bieber posted on Twitter. "I never have any intent to upset or let anyone down. and Im not okay with things being exaggerated. once again sorry for anyone upset."

On Friday he tweeted: "Ahhhhh! Rough morning. Trying to feel better for this show tonight but let the paps get the best of me..."
