It’s no secret that Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas are going through their own marital woes on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta; which could be why she is calling out her good friend Kenya Moore after she added fuel to rumors about newcomer Kim Fields & her husband.

Cynthia Bailey Gives Latest On Peter Thomas ‘Not An Ideal Situation’

Bailey told OK! Magazine recently that Moore crossed the line when she exposed and gossiped about rumors that Fields’ husband was homosexual.

“When you come to people, when you address situations like that without real facts, it kind of sucks because even if it’s not true, rumors still stay out there. So I don’t think it’s cool to talk about things you don’t have any facts behind.”

Bailey added that given her own issues with Thomas, she empathizes with Fields.

“I definitely feel bad for Kim in that situation because my husband, there are always rumors and people talking about Peter as well, so I’ve been in that seat before and it’s not a fun seat to be in.”

As for Moore and Fields’ relationship, Fields actually came on the show as a connection to Moore. She hoped Fields would work with her on a television show. But things took a tense turn after just a few episodes and even Bailey isn’t clear why. Still, fans can’t deny that it all got even worse when Bailey chose Fields to direct her commercial for her eyewear line instead of Moore.

“I didn’t think it was that bad…When I sat them down one-on-one in Jamaica to talk about the commercial and I made my decision to go with Kim, I realized just how bad things were. By the time I got to Jamaica, it was a really dark place.”

Interestingly enough, that’s when Moore decided to reveal the rumors about Fields’ husband.
