In Sunday's episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, titled Miami Vices, Kim Kardashian went to extreme measures to maintain her beauty.

The 32-year-old decided to try a "vampire" beauty procedure that was suggested by her best friend and business partner Jonathan Cheban.

"I love trying anything that makes you look and feel youthful," Kardashian said to the cameras.

The bizarre treatment involves a doctor drawing a patient's blood then putting it all over his or her face to maintain a more youthful appearance. The procedure, however, turned out to be more painful than the reality star anticipated. The Armenian beauty was practically in tears when the doctor injected her blood into her face.

The doctor told Kardashian before he began the treatment that it might "sting a little" prior to him putting numbing cream on her face to reduce the pain. The medical staff then drew Kardashian's blood from her arm and spun her blood into a machine to remove the platelets. They then extracted the spun blood and used tiny needles to inject and splatter it onto her face. The process left Kardashian looking like the blood-splattered victim from the classic 70s horror film Carrie.

Cheban squirmed as his BFF complained about the pain.

"Oww," she said, as the doctor injected tiny needles into her face. "Oh my God, I will never get a facelift if it feels like that."

After the pain was subsided with ice picks when the treatment was complete, she said she was "all good."

In the same episode, Kardashian was curious about what it takes to be a private detective and met with detectives from the North Miami police department to learn more.

"I'm like fascinated," she said. "I have this sick, twisted fantasy about investigating stuff. If I totally wasn't doing what I am doing now, I would totally would be a crime scene investigator."

Kardashian explained her fears about going out with detectives to witness a real-life investigation but asked what it is like to be handcuffed. When  she said she wanted to see what it feels like, a female officer put handcuffs on Kardashian. The reality star joked, "I can't get it over my butt!"
