The Bachelor three-hour finale airs on March 11 on ABC and viewers will watch Sean Lowe give the final rose to either Lindsay Yenter or Catherine Giudici.

Us Weekly reported that Lowe and the woman he chose have seen each another "a handful of times" since taping the final rose ceremony in November of 2012. He and his fiance are very happy together and he believes they "are meant to be," Lowe's trainer told the magazine.

Regarding wedding plans with his fiance, sources said Lowe and the women he gave the final rose to are "waiting until the finale airs...before deciding on any next steps."

The finale will air on ABC at 8 p.m. ET and followed by the After The Final Rose special, in which Chris Harrison will interview Lowe and the winning contestant to find out if they are still together. Both episodes are available to watch free online here.

The 29-year-old entrepreneur admitted he is happy with his decision but that it was not an easy process getting there.

"I'm happy, man. I was skeptical going into it," he said in a radio interview with Mario Lopez for On With Mario, which aired on March 7. "I thought out of meeting 25 women, there's a good chance I might not build a connection with anybody."

He survived the Women Tell All special on March 4, where he had to face all the women he sent home in his season, and said that viewers of the finale will see him left with "the most phenomenal women in the world" and he developed "strong feelings" for both of them.

"You're going to see me, basically, have a mental breakdown," Lowe revealed. "I get to a point where I'm like, man, both of these girls are so wonderful and I could see my life heading in either direction. And I don't know what to do, and I'm torn."
