Vikings Clive Standen is ready to channel his inner Liam Nesson.
The UK native has acquired a legion of fans thanks to his turn as Rollo in Starz's Norse epic, and soon Standen will take on the persona of an equally fierce character - Bryan Mills.
Previously played by Neeson, the Taken character will come to the small thing courtesy of NBC's small screen take on the trilogy, according to TV Line. Now that Standen has snagged the lead role, however, fans are wondering if he will be able to balance two shows at once.
Could this casting signal the begging of the end for Rollo? Vikings 20-episode fourth season has only just begun, which means there is still plenty of time for life to take a very unpleasant turn for the wayward Lothbrok brother.
While you sit and worry about Standen's Vikings future, check out the summary for the series' next episode. Titled "Kill the Queen," the Feb. 25 episode will see Rollo continue to struggle in his new Parisian life.
"As Ragnar and Floki remain at odds, Rollo makes great efforts in Paris to win over his new bride, Princess Gisla," History teased. "Meanwhile, King Ecbert sets the task for his son Aethelwulf to rescue Queen Kwenthrith."
