It's the biggest Broadway smash of the year and even a popular performer can't find himself a ticket.

Who's Joining 'Hairspray' NBC Live?

On Wednesday, Hollywood Life shared details from theater actor Richard Blake, who's known for playing Tommy DeVito in the Broadway show Jersey Boys. With a number of other shows on his resume, there's one in particular he would like to be in mainly just so he can have the opportunity of watching it.

So what show is he referring to? None other than Hamilton, the rap musical that almost every theater geek has fallen in love with.

People Are Not Happy About 'High School Musical 4'

"I just want to be in Hamilton so I can see it," Blake said with a laugh. "You can't get a ticket!"

Clearly, Hamilton has gotten to the point where it's so popular, it's pretty much impossible to receive the opportunity to attend. But while he waits for that dream to come true, Blake is starring in another show- A Bronx Tale: The Musical alongside Robert De Niro.

"To work with Robert is obviously a check on the bucket list," the actor said. "I feel blessed. I'm fortunate because few are as up there as the living legend of Robert De Niro."

Blake then mentioned some simple and challenging tasks he's taken on when doing this show.

"In some ways [it's easy] because you do sort of have that Italian American sort of vibe running through you that you have with Jersey Boys," he said. "It's in the same time frame, but the Jersey accent and Bronx accent are similar yet not the same. It's like trying to do a Southern accent and a Bayou accent. In Jersey their R's are harder, whereas New Yorkers don't hit the R's as hard."
