Gwyneth Paltrow revealed a painful experience she experienced for the first time. The Best Actress Academy Award winner revealed in a recent interview that she suffered a miscarriage the third time she was pregnant and "nearly died" from it.

Paltrow, 40, told Mail Online's Sunday's You magazine that her two children, Apple, 8, and Moses, 6, have asked her to have another child and she would like to, but a "bad experience" with her third pregnancy has left her uncertain.

"My children ask me to have a baby all the time," Paltrow told You. "And you never know, I could squeeze one more in. I am missing my third. I'm thinking about it."

"But I had a really bad experience when I was pregnant with my third," she added. "It didn't work out and I nearly died. So I am like, 'Are we good here or should we go back and try again?'"

Paltrow admitted that spending time with Blue Ivy, 1, the daughter of her best friend Beyonce and her husband, rapper Jay-Z, has made her consider getting pregnant again.

"Their baby Blue Ivy is totally delish," Paltrow said of her friends' child. "She's made me very broody."

Beyoncé revealed last month that she too has suffered from a miscarriage prior to her pregnancy with Blue Ivy.

The 31-year-old told Oprah Winfrey in her interview for Oprah's Next Chapter that it was "one of the hardest things I've been through."

"There are so many couples that go through that and it was a big part of my story," the Halo singer told Winfrey. "It's one of the reasons I did not share I was pregnant the second time, because you don't know what's going to happen. And that was hard, because all of my family and my friends knew and we celebrated. It was hard."
