Leslie Carter Death: Police Report Describes Drug Overdose

A police report confirmed Leslie Carter was under the influence of several drugs before her death, adding speculation that she died from an overdose.

Three types of prescription pills were found near Leslie's body, according to a police report obtained by ABCNews.com. The sister of Nick and Aaron Carter was battling an addiction to the pills. The three drugs included Olanzapine, used to treat schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, the muscle relaxant Cyclobenzaprine, and the anxiety medication Xanax.

The full autopsy results have not yet been disclosed. New York's Chautauqua County coroner's office will release the official cause of death after toxicology reports are released in about four to six weeks, reports ABCNews.com
