Another epic performer has been added to the laundry list of superstars appearing during music's biggest awards show.

The Recording Academy announced Thursday that Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band will be taking the stage at some point during the Grammy Awards.

The 20-time Grammy winning icon will be promoting his newest album, The Wrecking Ball, his first release since the death of his right-hand man, saxophone player Clarence Clemons.

Springsteen is the latest act added this week, following Katy Perry and Adele -- both nominated for Record of the Year. Other performers already announced for the Feb. 12 event include Rihanna, Coldplay, Taylor Swift, Paul McCartney, Foo Fighters, Bruno Mars, Kelly Clarkson, Jason Aldean and Nicki Minaj.
