Lil Wayne left a video message for his fans following his hospital stay that prompted reports of a coma, last rites and poisoning.

The rapper, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., said he is "more than good."

"Kiss this fist; I'm more than good," he said in the clip shown below, that went viral via gossip site TMZ. "I just want to say thank y'all for y'all prayers and concerns and all that. I swear to god I felt your prayers when I was laid up in the hospital bed."

"I want ya'll to know I'm good. N*gga more than good," he added.

The 30-year-old suffered seizures while recording music and was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital on March 12, the gossip site reported. Though he was released from the hospital the following day, he was later readmitted after he was found unconscious. He spent several days in the intensive care unit and was released on Monday. He spent a total of six days in the hospital, according to MTV News.

Several reports claimed he had suffered a overdose, involving cough medicine-based codeine in the drink Sizurrp, and reports circulated that he may have been poisoned.

Weezy updated his fans on March 19 , tweeting: "I'm feeling a lot better and again thk u all for ur love and prayers. It was truly felt...pause."

In the video, Wayne also talked about his "bum ass" album. I Am Not a Human Being II will be released on March 26 and features Nicki Minaj, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Soulja Boy, and more, according to The Improper. The album the sequel to his eighth studio album, 2010′s I Am Not a Human Being. Wayne will go on tour for his new album starting July 5.
