An ex-NFL cheerleader named Elizabeth Garner, 42, was arrested after she offered a 12-year-old boy to have sex at a family party at his parent's house Murfreesboro, Tenn. according to media reports.

Police said Garner was visiting a friend's house when she offered the boy oral sex after following him into a bathroom. According to TMZ, she touched his private parts over his shorts and asked him if he had been with a woman before. She then attempted to remove his shorts in order to perform oral sex on him.

The boy reportedly told his mom what happened and she called police. It is unclear if Garner was friend of the boy's parents.

Garner was charged with aggravated sexual battery.

She is a former NFL cheerleader for the Tennessee Titans and is reportedly married.

According to TMZ, Garner admitted to police that she went into the bathroom with the boy but claimed that she was drunk and thought he was an adult.

"That's just absolutely no excuse for sexually assaulting a child. If you can't tell the difference between a 12-year-old and an adult then there are problems," Kyle Evans, of the Murfreesboro Police Dept., said according to CBS News.

Garner was released on a $30,000 bond, according to CBS News affiliate WTVF. She faces more than 8 years in prison if convicted.
