Johnny Manziel has arrived in Hollywood to do exactly what he's known for—party.

While Manziel was once known as the Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback of the Cleveland Browns, he has since been released by the team and has yet to be signed by a new one. So, what's a guy to do? Apparently, Manziel has decided that his best plan of action is to drown his sorrows in the social scene of Los Angeles.

"Johnny Manziel is BACK ... in the club scene not the NFL ... hitting up two clubs Wednesday night," TMZ reported on Thursday. "The unemployed NFL quarterback started his night off at the Lakers game at Staples Center—but after the game was over, he rolled into The Nice Guy ... which was packed with huge stars like Kendall Jenner, Brody Jenner, Nick Jonas, Selena Gomez and more."

Following his appearance at The Nice Guy, Manziel moved onto the nearby Warwick nightclub, where he remained with friends until 2 a.m.

"For what it's worth, Manziel didn't appear to be wasted—he looked sober and was even driving a car at one point," TMZ added.

Meanwhile, fans everywhere are wondering if Manziel has lost his chance in the NFL. After a number of alcohol-related incidents and accusations of domestic assault by his ex-girlfriend, Colleen Crowley, Manziel was released from the Browns and remains unsigned nearly one month later.

"Pro football is a job," Manziel's former college coach, Kevin Sumlin, said during an appearance on The Audible with Bruce Feldman and Stewart Mandel, via CBS Sports. "I know from his competitive nature he loves the game. Without a doubt, there's a lot of things going on in his life that if he's serious about playing professional football he's gotta change. Whatever that perception is has become reality for him, and he's gotta look that in the eye and say, 'Alright, here's a situation. Here's what people think ... What are the issues right now?' He's gotta address those.

"He's a great competitor, and when he was here he loved the game of football, he loved to practice, he loved to play the game. That's got to translate in his actions in the clubhouse or with his team," Sumlin continued. "The perception that he doesn't care, he's got to deal with that, and the only way to deal with that is to show up and work at it every day.”
