All of Rodrigo Alves' procedures seem to be paying off nicely.

On Sunday, the plastic surgery celebrity added a new photo on Instagram that shows his toned features as he wears nothing but a pair of white underwear.

The man's chest is super broad while his abs stick out with hard-core muscle.

Despite the fact that he's known for going through a range of cosmetic surgeries to look like this, Alves seems really happy with his results.

In a previous report from Mirror, the celebrity revealed that with 42 procedures done, he wants to keep "improving" his look.

"I feel no shame in how I invest my own money," he said. "I was born in the wrong body. My soul never matched up with the rest of me, and now it does. I never set out to look like Ken. But people have increasingly commented on how similar we are. I'm happy with my look, but I will continue with surgery."

It turns out that Alves had a troubling upbringing in his childhood where other kids would do cruel things to him.

"At seven I went to boarding school," he said. "I was pushed down stairs by other kids and had my face held to a urinal. I had boobs like a girl, I was called 'potato head.' I was fat, ugly, mishappen and depressed. I just wanted to be accepted by society and to fit that Brazilian standard of beauty."

There have been some operations that could've gotten him killed, but that didn't stop the man from going after what he wanted.

"I have wondered if I'll die on an operating table, but I've always wondered if I'll die crossing the road," he said. "But it was absolutely worth the pain to achieve perfection."
