It's going to be one bizarre season of Botched as the doctors meet new patients with enticing stories.

As viewers anticipate watching more people come into the doctors' office with unusual adventures on plastic surgery fails as well as gaining new types of procedures, Dr. Terry Dubrow took to his Twitter page to let fans know what they can expect.

Not only is this going to be an "extraordinary" season, but there will be "many unexpected moments."

Last year, Dubrow and his colleague Dr. Paul Nassif, opened up with After Buzz TV on what it's like to be part of a show that has so much drama. Sometimes it can get so crazy that the masters, themselves, even find ways to be surprised.

"It's shock TV almost in a way because you're seeing things that- actually, I'm seeing things- that I've never seen before," Nassif admitted. "So from some of the body modification or the things that have happened to these patients- devastating results- I mean, they're shocking."

The promo below gives more insight on what will be seen in upcoming episodes. This includes a man who feels like he could get a lot more attention if he had "boobs."

There is a young man on a quest to become a "perfect alien" and a woman who wants to fix the gauges in her ears.

Whatever goes down, the patients seem to have all their trust in the surgeons who are going out of their ways to fix a 'beauti-fail' to a 'beauti-ful.'
