Lupe Fiasco won a GRAMMY award in 2007 for "Daydreamin'," his track from his album, Food & Liquor.

The rapper had pneumonia at that time which is the reason why he did wasn't able to give the speech and accept the award.

The GRAMMY was then sent to his lawyer, who kept the award for nine whole years. Lupe finally reunited with his award when his assistant moved the trophy to New York City.
