Lindsey Pelas is flashing her dripping chest in her latest Instagram shot.

On Monday, the model took to her social media page to add the photo where she sports a white top that presses against her skin and flashes her enormous cleavage. In a two-part image, Pelas pours water from a bottle on herself as she gets wet for the camera.

In the caption she wrote that "the thirst is real" for Monday.

Pelas has made quite a name for herself online with more than three million followers on Instagram. In a previous post from Cosmopolitan, the model pointed out that she's been around people who would make her feel ashamed of her curvaceous figure, but now refuses to let that get to her. She then gave advice to others out there who receive flack for exuding their bodies.

"You shouldn't have to wear a cover-up on the beach because you have big boobs," she said. "I think you should wear the sexiest bikini out there because that's you! We need to embrace everyone's body. If we're going to embrace large women, skinny women, tall, short, why stop at the breast? Why shame a woman for her breasts?"

Pelas added that she receives frightening messages online, which can be scary going about her everyday life.

"When comment the nasty 'whore,' 'slut,' 'b-tch,' 'ho,' 'I want to f-ck you'- to me, that's threatening language. I read it all day online, so when I go to the store, I'm usually afraid," she said. "I'm afraid of the walk from the car to the door, I'm afraid to go to the gym alone. I'm afraid when someone's following me too closely even if they're not following me. When is that guy from the comments going to meet me in public?"
