There is a "new couple alert" according to reports. Two-time Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model Kate Upton has been romantically linked to music and beverage mogul Sean "P.Diddy" Combs.

A source told Daily News' Confidential gossip column that the pair are "hot and heavy."

An eyewitness shared their account of spotting Upton, 20, with "Diddy" who is 23 years her senior. The May-December couple were "kissing" in Miami on March 24 at Club LIV where they hung out in the VIP section, according to the source.

"They were kissing, they weren't hiding it," an eyewitness told Confidenti@l.

The report also claimed that they "had dinner together" at Gemma restaurant in the Bowery Hotel in New York City the following night.

The following day Upton tweeted that she was "cuddling with her favorite tiger :)".

Upton was romantically linked last fall to Justin Verlander, 29, a pitcher for the Detroit Tigers. On Valentine's Day, Upton announced she was single during an interview with WJBK-TV.

Upton fronted the cover of this and last year's Sports Illustrated's annual Swimsuit Issue. The Florida-raised model was topless for the SI cover with white bikini bottoms and a white fur-trimmed hooded parka to cover her curvy bust. Upton unveiled the steamy photo of herself in the Times Square area of New York City on Feb. 12.

Combs is a father of six children and has been romantically linked to his recording artist Cassie and last year, Cameron Diaz. He is a music, fashion and beverage brand mogul who topped "Forbes' Five: Wealthiest Artists of 2012" list- his reported net worth is $550 million. The Bad Boy Records founder released his sixth studio album, "Last Train To Paris," in 2010. He founded the Sean John clothing line in 1998 and purchased the Enyce clothing line for $20 million from Liz Claiborne in 2008 and earns double-digit millions from his share in the Ciroc vodka brand.  He is set to launch a cable network called Revolt through a deal with Comcast in 2013. Last month Diddy announced a partnership with actor Mark Wahlberg for a new water brand - AQUAhydrate.
