Can fans expect a superhero singalong in the big crossover on The CW this fall?

After rumors started circulating of a crossover episode between four shows, including Supergirl, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Arrow, fans can't help but wonder what kind of storyline would be happening.

But in Friday's report from MTV News, it was discovered that one thing in particular would definitely not be happening-- a musical episode.

The site caught up with Stephen Amell, who plays the leading role on Arrow, to see what he thought of the heroes coming together for a musical.

"No. I'm out! I'm the first one. I get to draw the line, and I draw the line at musical," Amell said. "They have to show me how they're going to do this magical four-show crossover. It was hard enough when it was two shows and mixing in Legends a little bit. To make it four shows? I'm dumbfounded."

So even though there won't be any singing or dancing coming up, the actor did make it clear that he wants the show to come about in its own special way.

"I've been thinking a lot about this, and I think the writers have as well," Amell said. "We had a discussion, and I said, 'Look man. Arrow was set up as a very specific thing, and it's up to us to do what we do. And what we do, we do better than anyone else on TV.' Part of the price of success is that we've had to introduce other shows. We can always get around new powers and people from other planets, but it is important that when all that dust settles that we are focusing on what we do well."

Arrow Season 5 premieres this fall on The CW.
