Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin's decision to divorce will be a hot topic during the upcoming second half of the Teen Mom 2 season seven reunion.

While chatting on the show, Marroquin opened up about his split from Lowry, explaining that her 2015 miscarriage was the beginning of the end.

"In my mind I knew it wasn’t her fault, it wasn’t my fault, it wasn’t anybody’s fault but I was just hurt and I took it out on her and that was my mistake. That’s when our marriage kinda started going downhill after that and I’m sorry and I just wanted to apologize to her," Marroquin told Dr. Drew Pinsky in a sneak peek shared by Starcasm on Tuesday.

Lowry and Marroquin attempted to welcome their third child at the end of last year, but for unknown reasons, Lowry's pregnancy ended in miscarriage and afterwards, Lowry changed her tune about welcoming a third child with her husband.

Speaking of what's next for himself and Lowry, Marroquin said at the time of filming, "I don’t know, I’m going to get my own place and she’s going to stay at the house and… I think we’re talking about a divorce."

However, the divorce wasn't exactly his desired route.

"Absolutely not. I mean, she knows I want my family together more than anything in this world. She just felt I wasn’t supportive of her," Marroquin explained.

During the Teen Mom 2 season seven finale last week, Marroquin was seen telling Lowry they had no future.

“I guess there is no future,” Marroquin told Lowry during the episode, as reported by Us Weekly. “I’m always gonna resent you, I’m always be mad at you deep down… Once we decide to get a divorce here, or when we decide to get a divorce when I get home, my dad can move my s–t, and when I get home I don’t have to go to that house.”

“Javi and I have not been good for two freakin’ years, why on God’s green earth would I bring another child into that?” Lowry asked a friend during a separate scene. “He says if I’m not gonna have any more kids, he can’t stay with me.”
