'Dancing With the Stars' Season 23: Will Rick Perry, Ryan Lochte Or Someone Else Be Eliminated First? [POLL, VIDEO]

One celebrity has to have the unfortunate distinction of being the first person eliminated from Dancing With the Stars.

Every season of Dancing With the Stars features a handful of average-to-bad celebrity dancers, and the upcoming 23rd season will probably be no exception. The season 23 celebrity cast (and their pro partners) is as follows:

James Hinchcliffe and Sharna Burgess

The first person eliminated from Dancing With the Stars is typically someone who clearly doesn't have a knack for dancing, but sometimes celebs can get far due to popularity or their own charm on the dance floor. Therefore, celebs who may not be as well known as others, like Hinchcliffe, Jolé and Kramer, may be in danger if they don't stand out.

There are also cases of well-known celebrities who really flounder in the ballroom and can't overcome this, like Chaka Khan or Geraldo Rivera. It's very possible that someone like Perry or Vanilla Ice could fall into that territory.
