Katie Holmes may be marrying again following her trending divorce from Tom Cruise last 2012 but her divorce clause may have disagreed. Rumors have it that certain agreements from the divorce clause concerning her dating again or perhaps marrying may have forced Katie Holmes to hide her blooming relationship with Jamie Foxx.

That is because she wanted so badly to get out of her relationship with Tom Cruise, she agreed on this and an additional $5 million paid to her for doing it so.Truly a desperate move but it seems Katie will now come to the open with Jamie Foxx following the end of the divorce terms, that is really a big sigh of relief for both of them.

It is still yet to be confirmed as Movie News Guide claims this be just a rumor until both parties confirm. Though in a separate interview from each of Katie and Jamie's representatives, there is no relationship but pure friendship for them. Speculations of them dating and have been seen together are just a few points of how close they are.Katie confides on Jamie and has been receiving special treatments that Katie never experienced from ex-husband Tom Cruise.

But a recent report from ChattSportsNet confirmed an agreement between Foxx and Cruise when the former reached out to the latter and expressed his purest intentions for Katie. Sources of the said site revealed Cruise's approval when Jamie said that "he love Katie, and that he thought that being in a stable family would be best for Suri too."

When Jamie finally got Tom's approval, a wedding this November is now being prepared for Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx. Surely, if true love will win then they will be wed before the year ends.

Hopefully, Tom Cruise will find its way out of the picture and let this all pass. With all the concealment Katie and Jamie had to undergo, they deserve to tell the whole world their love for each other.
