Hillary Clinton is slated to concede the 2016 presidential election to Donald Trump in New York on Wednesday.

Clinton will be making her concession speech at 10:30 a.m. ET at the New Yorker Hotel's Grand Ballroom. It will be the first time she publicly addresses her campaign staffers and supporters since it was announced that Trump had won the presidency.

The Democratic nominee's campaign manager, John Podesta, told supporters last night that Clinton would not be speaking until Wednesday.

"Well folks, I know we've been here a long time and I know it's been a long night and I know it's been a long campaign. But I know we can wait a little longer," he told the crowd of Clinton supporters at 2 a.m. "We will have more to say tomorrow."

Trump stated in his victory speech that Clinton called him to concede the election.

"She congratulated us - it's about us - on our victory, and I congratulated her and her family on a very, very hard-fought campaign. I mean, she - she fought very hard," Trump said. "Hillary has worked very long and very hard over a long period of time, and we owe her a major debt of gratitude for her service to our country. I mean that very sincerely."

Clinton's concession speech will be carried on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and its various online sites. You can also watch a live stream of the speech in the video below.

Trump delivered a stunning upset Tuesday night, surpassing 270 electoral votes despite many presidential polls predicting otherwise. The Republican nominee won several key battleground states, including Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Wisconsin.
