Season four of The Voice has pared down its contestants to the top ten. Garrett Gardner and Vedo (shown in the middle above) were eliminated Tuesday night.

The evening went well for two of the four coaches on the program. As America voted for their favorite contestants, Blake Shelton was lucky enough to keep all his team members. For Shelton, his remaining acts include the already established duo of Zach and Colton Swon, as well as Danielle Bradbery (whose rendition of Carrie Underwood's "Wasted" was probably still fresh on voters' minds from Monday's night segment), and Holly Tucker.

Coach Adam Levine also walked away with his team intact at the end of the episode. Having selected three female artists for the competition, Levine's choices aren't disappointing him. Sarah Simmons, Judith Hill, and Amber Carrington all made it through another round unscathed.

Shakira wasn't as fortunate in her selections. The young Garrett Gardner found himself heading for the exit by time the fan voting had ended for the night. Apparently Monday's rendition of I Want It That Way was not a hit with viewers.

Usher, too, faced disappointment as Vedo was voted out of the running. The 19-year-old, who auditioned to Justin Bieber's Boyfriend bowed out after performing Rock With You.

Lady Antebellum were among this week's musical guests, performing their new single Goodbye Town. Robin Thicke also performed Blurred Lines, joined by Pharrell Williams and TI.
