Fans have been waiting for a long time for the premiere of "The Legend of the Blue Sea" and the show is finally making its premiere this week. Ahead of the premiere episode, the official photos and poster shows what the fans should expect in the upcoming show.

iTech Post reported that last Nov. 14, the network has released two new posters for "The Legend of the Blue Sea" that made fans really excited. The first poster shows the two lead characters played by Jun Ji Hyun and Lee Min Ho standing with a rainy street background. The second posted on the other hand shows both of them in a traditional period which will also be featured in the series.

Reports reveal that the drama is a great combination of not only romance and fantasy but also comedy. With that, Soompi has featured some of the photos from the show that shows Lee Min Ho's other character. In the previous stills, fans have seen Lee Min Ho as a prosecutor and a pilot.

In the new stills released by the site, Lee Min Ho will play as an airhead. Fans can expect a funnier side of the actor as he plays this role.

The story involves the mermaid who chooses to enter a new world that is very new to her and viewers will see her journey and how she would adapt to the world out of the water. Of course the journey will also involve her journey in finding love as she falls for a creature that is different from her.

Aside from that, there will be a lot of plot twists that it will reveal the connection of the characters from the past until the present time. There are sources that claim that the relation between Heo Jun Jae and Dam Ryung will be tackled in the story as the show progresses.

"The Legend of the Blue Sea" is scheduled to premiere on SBS on Nov. 16.
