The Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X finale airs tonight on CBS, but here's how you can watch it live online.

Only six castaways are left in the hunt for $1 million on Survivor's 33rd season: Adam Klein, Bret LaBelle, David Wright, Hannah Shapiro, Jay Starrett and Ken McNickle. All six have played the game in their own ways, with Adam, David and Hannah playing strong strategic games, Jay excelling in challenges and social bonds, Ken playing with honor and integrity and Bret relying on his social game.

Three castaways will be eliminated before the Final Tribal Council, leaving the other three to try and convince the 10-person jury that they deserve to win the title of Sole Survivor and the $1 million that comes with it. It's sure to a jam-packed two-hour finale, and it's anyone's game.

The Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X finale begins at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS and is set to last into the 10 p.m. ET/PT hour. If you cannot watch the finale on television, there are still some options. There's the CBS live stream, where all you need is to enter your cable subscription info. You can also try a free trial of CBS All Access, which does not require a cable subscription. You can access the CBS live stream through All Access.

The reunion will air live after the final vote reveal, presumably a few minutes after 10 p.m. ET/PT. All 20 castaways from this season are expected to be present at the finale, and most (probably not all) will be speaking on the season as a whole. Fans should also expect a tease of Survivor's 34th season, which is sure to be an exciting one.
