Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are going through a high-profile divorce case and yet people are already speculating if they are allowed to date while the case is still in court.

Lawyers gave their comments and opinions regarding this agreement and if this is possible for the former A-list couple in Hollywood. As mentioned by Hollywood Life, David Piserra, a divorce lawyer shed light on this.

The renowned lawyer shared to the said publication that no lawyer would ever permit a "no dating clause" in a divorce agreement. But he added that if there is a substantial amount of money that is involved, that clause would be possible. It will just depend already on the judge on how he will execute that clause not when there is a forfeiting of money.

Therefore, since the "no dating clause" is not necessary in the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie divorce and child custody case, the former couple can have the liberty to date anyone. This means that Jolie cannot ban Brad from dating anyone in the industry or even someone who is not from Hollywood.

It can be recalled that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes also agreed on "no dating clause" which means that Katie won't be allowed to date anyone within five years after the divorce has been finalized. This is the very reason why Katie's alleged relationship with Jamie Foxx is still kept in secret as per Radar Online.

According to David, this is also legal since maybe Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie is choosing to moderate his or her actions in exchange for cash but this is rare and it only happens to high-profile divorce.

Meanwhile, another divorce lawyer shared her opinion saying that Angie cannot really enforce this clause to Brad due to the reason they are not simply included in the agreements. Angelina cannot simply dictate who Brad dates since this is completely irrelevant to the welfare and interest of the kids.

With all these things all coming out in the course of their divorce battle, people just hope that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt can move on from this nasty split the soonest time possible.
