'The X Factor' Season 3 PHOTOS: Kelly Rowland, Paulina Rubio With Demi Lovato & Simon Cowell

Simon Cowell will be surrounded by all women when season The X Factor returns to Fox this fall.

The British hit maker has officially hired Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland and Mexican pop singer Paulina Rubio to join him and Demi Lovato at the judges' table. Fox confirmed the news on May 20 and released the photos of the team together on Wednesday.

"It's taken more than a decade but I'm delighted to finally be on a panel with three girls (I think!)," Cowell said in a statement on TheXFactorUSA.com. "Paulina and Kelly both have great taste and massive experience in the music industry and together with Demi, this is going to be a fun panel. It just feels like the time to do something different." 

Rowland recently released the confessional single Dirty Laundry, where she admitted she has been jealous of her bandmate Beyonce' success. The former shared her excitement about joining the show in a statement.

"I am very excited to be reuniting with Simon Cowell and THE X FACTOR family," Rowland said. "It feels great to be able to take this journey here at home in the states!"

Rubio added that she "loves THE X FACTOR!"

"I can't wait to find the next big music star here in America,"  said the Latin beauty. "I'm so thrilled to be part of the show as a judge. Simon, be careful what you wish for, let's see if you are ready to handle me, empieza la fiesta, amigo!"

Rubio is a Mexican-bred international pop star who has released 10 studio albums and sold more than 20 million records.

Rowland, is an original member of Destiny's Child and ahs released music since the age of 16. With the the group she has won three Grammys and had four No.1 singles on Billboard charts. As a solo artist she has released three studio albums and is set to release her fourth, Talk A Good Game, on June 18. She was a judge on the U.K. version of The X Factor season 8.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Rowland and Rubio will only make a fraction of what Britney Spears earned. The I'm A Slave For U singer reportedly made $15 million as a judge on season 2, but Rowland will make about $1 million and Rubio will earn roughly $1.5 million.
