There may be a new couple alert in Hollywood as Selena Gomez was spotted dining with a friend of her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, 14-year-old Jaden Smith. 

Paparazzi snapped Gomez exiting celebrity hot spot Hakkasan, a Chinese restaurant, in London with Smith on Thursday.

The Hollywood starlets were not the only celebs spotted at the popular Chinese restaurant that night. Hangover 3 stars Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Justin Bartha and Ken Jeong also dined there and Smith's father, actor Will Smith, dined separately with his music collaborator DJ Jazzy Jeff.

The teen heartthrob has made special guest appearances on stage with his pal Bieber during his Never Say Never- Believe tour. The pals first worked together when Jaden loaned his vocals on Bieber's 2010 Neve Say Never which appeared on the soundtrack for his second film, The Karate Kid.

There is no word yet on why Gomez went to dinner with a friend of her ex-boyfriend but in the images taken by photographers she appeared to be embarrassed that they were seen together.

Gomez and Bieber were spotted hugging and kissing backstage at the 2013 Billboard Awards on Sunday. Beiber even went out of his way to lean over Taylor Swift during the live show to get Gomez' attention. The PDA they displayed inspired her pal Taylor Swift to stick out her tongue which showed disapproval of their reconciliation.

Jaden has been rumored to be dating Kylie Jenner who he was first spotted together in London in early March. Eyewitnesses told Mail Online they spotted Jenner and Smith kissing during their dinner date at Sophie's Steak House in Covent Garden on March 1. A source close to Jenner claimed that young stars were in fact an item, telling Us Weekly, "They're dating. It's new, but they've been friends forever." 

The Karate Kid star confirmed their growing friendship in an interview. He called Jenner his "best friend" in a Wonderland magazine article published on April 16. Jaden said dating Jenner, 15, has been "pretty awesome."

"I was in LA, we were all hanging out. Then I went to New York and she came too, then she came here and surprised me, so that's pretty baller," Jaden said as he spoke highly of the Keeping Up With The Kardashiansstar. "She's one of my best friends. 

Jaden  plays a lead alongside his uber famous father Will in the upcoming After Earth which will arrive in theaters nationwide on June 7.
