"Overwatch" has two new exciting updates for its fans. The popular Blizzard game is reported to have a television show, while DLC Lucio might soon join "Heroes of the Storm."

Blizzard's "Overwatch" has more than 25 million players in the world. This could be the reason why game developers are thinking of bringing the team-based multiplayer first-person shooter video game into television.

Stacey Sher, co-president of Activision Blizzard Studios, said that the company is looking into the possibility of making a major leap for "Overwatch" to film and television. However, they are going to move very carefully and thoughtfully. She added that they are going pick only the best medium, meaning that the company will be very picky in their selection.

In a report by Bitgon, Sher noted that the game's linear media does not fit to any television or film medium. Perhaps "Overwatch" in books, comics or something more traditional could address the clamor of fans for more contents and topics.

Aside from "Overwatch," Blizzard has also developed great game titles such as "Diablo," "Hearthstone," "Starcraft" and "World of Warcraft." Recently, developers have released animated shorts basing on the characters of the game.

Lucio is a character from "Overwatch" who is reported to join Blizzard's "Heroes of the Storm." He joins Tracer and Zarya who has joined the action early on.

"Heroes of the Storm" is a multiplayer game, online battle arena game. It is playable in Microsoft Windows and Mac. It features a host of different characters from Blizzard games.

According to VG247, 12 of the existing roster in the game have always done exceptionally well. "Overwatch's" Lucio in "Heroes of the Storm" will not change his abilities but his reverse amp is reported not only to damage his enemies but can also slow them down.
