Danny Masterson has been falsely implicated for rape due to some secret designs of an ex-Scientology member, Leah Remini, he charged. After three women implicated him for sexual assault, the Los Angeles Police Departments began to question Masterson on March 3.

Danny Masterson is convinced that he might be implicated by Leah Remini. She might have egged three women to advance and file charges against him in order to promote her anti-Scientology TV show, says Danny's rep. After reading the anti-Scientology blog related to the story, Masterson's rep is convinced that the false charges happen to be driven to fuel Leah Remini's television series. The accusation seems to have been filed after the person contacted Leah Remini, said the rep, according to E News.

It was Tony Ortega, blog writer of 'The Underground Bunker' who broke the sensational news of Danny Masterson being the target of multiple sexual assault charges related to "That 70s Show" star of the early 2000s. One victim who had filed an LAPD investigative report in 2016 said that an event had taken place in December 2001, while she lived with Masterson in LA for six years. She had found that when she woke up from sleep, she was "bleeding from her anus," according to the report. When she demanded an explanation from Danny Masterson, he just laughed at her and told her that he had "sex with her anus," according to Mail Online.

Tony Ortega said that Remini encouraged the victim as well as another person to come forward and file reports of their claims. The woman had explained that the incident had happened in the middle of their six-year relationship. After that, she was still Danny Masterson's "longtime girlfriend," said the rep. "We are aware also that approximately 14 years ago a woman referred to in the blog made allegations of sexual assault and the LAPD interviewed numerous witnesses and determined the claim had no merit."
