‘Vikings’ Season 5 Spoilers: Harald Poses Threat to Lagertha, Michael Hopes for Another Two Seasons

"Vikings" Season 5 is expected to return later this year but it does not sound good for Lagertha. She will have to face some formidable enemy as Harald would be threatening her position. However, the good news is that creator Michael Hirst is sure that the show could go on for another two seasons.

Fans waiting for "Vikings" Season 5 should get ready to see Lagertha in trouble as her position will be threatened by Harald, who wants to claim the throne. According to MobiPicker, she will find herself surrounded by enemies who want to see her defeated. The sons of Ragnar are fighting among themselves and sooner or later, they would come across Lagertha and pose problems for her.

So, "Vikings" Season 5 would see Lagertha hiring someone to protect herself. As of now, it is said that Margarethe will join her cause and help her save her position. Also, Torvi will join her army. "Vikings" Season 5 would be interesting in that it would see more action and drama. Hirst was also confident that they would end up the show as they had intended it to. He also shed light on the character of Bishop Heahmund and said that he was a real person. Bishop warriors were educated and clever people who went to the battlefield and fought against spiritual adversaries like pagans.
