Meanwhile, the "All My Children" star tagged those porn companies who are shopping her tape as "disgusting."

DailyMail.com exclusively exposed that Mischa Barton's alleged sex video has a starting price of about $500,000 which was presented to the highest bidder. The "Sixth Sense" star could be seen with nothing but a gray hooded jacket and a dark-haired man who's wearing nothing except a black top.

According to Daily News, although Mischa Barton blames former boyfriend for her unfavorable sex tape, her lawyer defended her, saying that she wasn't aware that she's being filmed. "Ms. Barton does not consent to any disclosure of any such images. She believes that she was recorded without her consent by someone she was seeing at the time," Lisa Bloom fired back. "There's a name for this disgusting conduct: revenge pornography. Revenge pornography is a form of sexual assault, and it is also a crime and a civil wrong in California. And we will not stand for it."
