Fifth Harmony has revealed the name of their debut single.

The group members - Ally Brooke, Dinah-Jane Hansen, Camila Cabello, Normani Hamilton and Laren Jauregui - posted a video on their Vine account on Friday announcing the news.

"Hey guys, the name of our new single is Miss Moving On," they group shouted simultaneously.

The girls caught America's attention as contestants on Fox's hit show X Factor in 2012. While they originally auditioned as solo acts, they were put together by the show's mentors. The group ended in third place on season 2.

"There is such a market now for this girl band I believe, I think where there's boybands there'll be girl bands. We may have someone who can fit that gap," their mentor Simon Cowell had said on the season 2 finale in December 2012.

It was announced in January that the group was signed to Cowell's Syco Music and La Reid's Epic Records.

"I knew from the girls' first performance at the judges' homes that we'd done the right thing," Cowell said in a statement to People in January. "The chemistry between the girls both on stage and off is fantastic, and they are incredibly talented."

The group's debut album will be executive produced by Julian Bunetta, who has worked with One Direction, Boys II Mean and Leona Lewis. It is planned for release either in the summer of the fall.

"We've been able to co-write a lot of our songs, most of them actually and it's just so awesome to be like in the same room with each other and to also co-write with some of the professional song writers who've been writing for years and who have written like to so many hits," said Brooke in an interview with Idolator.com published on Tuesday.

The group described their album's sound as "fun" in the interview.
