Maci Bookout kept news of Ryan Edwards' drug use to herself during Teen Mom OG season 6B and during last night's reunion special, Edwards' wife expressed her frustrations.

As she sat down with host Dr. Drew Pinsky, Bookout, the mother of Edwards' eight-year-old son Bentley, explained why she didn't immediately contact Mackenzie Standifer after hearing about Edwards' use of drugs.

“I didn’t want to say anything that would make her feel like she couldn’t trust Ryan or their relationship wasn’t real,” she explained, according to a report by Radar Online on Monday. “I didn’t want to hurt her.”

“Maci you told me to my face merely days after I had informed you that Ryan was seeking help that you have known about his problem since November… that was 186 days he could’ve died and still you said nothing,” Standifer fired back. “You let everyone know that you feared for his life while concurrently exploiting Ryan’s addiction on the show.”

“I had only known about it for two days before Ryan was walking into treatment. Instead of solving the problem or doing what you could to make an effort to solve it, you decided to humiliate Ryan,” she added.

According to Standifer, Bookout could have helped Edwards by being supportive instead of blasting his issues on national television. She also called out Bookout for kicking Edwards when he was down instead of respecting his privacy.

In response to Standifer's statements, Bookout said that it was ridiculous of Standifer to expect to keep her private life away from the public while on a reality show.

“That’s my husband and I’m never going to be okay with someone talking s**t about him when they couldn’t come to me and tell me what’s going on!” Standifer continued.
