After going on an Instagram posting spree on Wednesday, Rob Kardashian may face charges for posting explicit photos of his ex-fiancée, Blac Chyna.

"I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed," Walter Mosley, Chyna's lawyer, said in a statement to People magazine on Wednesday.

The 30-year-old reality star took to Instagram to express his rage and resentment towards the mother of his child. He claimed Chyna had cheated on him numerous times in the same bed that their daughter sleeps in. He also accused her of using drugs.

Kardashian's Instagram account has been shut down, but a source close to Chyna revealed that he "sent people over to her house to pick up things that don't even exist."

"There needs to be boundaries set as it's currently getting out of hand," the source said.

However, little did Kardashian know that Chyna had already taken legal action once her photos were leaked all over social media. He could be subject to criminal charges for posting the explicit photos, which can also be considered sexual Internet abuse.

A friend close to Chyna told the magazine that she made numerous attempts to prevent Kardashian from contacting her.

"She's had to have a new phone number every month and constantly has to change her number. While everyone is writing stories and thinking it's fun gossip, it's actually dangerous," the source revealed.

Kardashian could face up to six months in prison if he is charged with revenge porn and sexual abuse.
