Shannon Beador is no longer blaming her Real Housewives of Orange County co-star, Vicki Gunvalson, for her weight gain.

According to a new report, Beador first blamed Gunvalson and the stress of her alleged lies regarding David's supposed abuse for her weight gain but after allowing herself time for the issue to set in, she realized that no one was to blame but herself.

“I just went off the wagon a little,” Beador explained to Us Weekly of her 40-pound weight gain. “I’m the one that put the stuff in my mouth.”

As fans have seen on The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 12, Beador is doing best to get her body back at this point in time and has been attempting to lose weight by counting calories and working out for 30 minutes each day.

“I’m working on it,” she said. “Slowly but surely getting there.”

So far, Beador has lost eight pounds.

During last night's new episode of the Bravo TV reality series, Beador met with her holistic trainer, Tim Ramirez, who informed her that her health was being put in jeopardy due to her weight gain.

“The weight is not devastating, the thing that is rocking my boots here is the body fat: 40 percent,” he told her, via People magazine. “Almost half of your body has converted to fat. Half. It’s the stuff that kills people. 40 percent, we’re sprinting to diabetes, we’re sprinting to cardiovascular disease. At 50-plus [years old] with these numbers? It is a huge red flag.”

“We have some work to do,” he added.

The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 12 airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
