Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Paul "DJ Pauly D" Delvecchio, Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Vinny Guadagnino, and Deena Cortese are headed for their television return -- at least the majority of them are.

"IT'S HAPPENING, GUYS! [sic]," Polizzi wrote on Instagram. "August 20 on E! with my best friends. Love my roommates forever." The now-married star added "#JERZDAYISHERE" for good measure.

In July, Farley spoke of her desire for an on-screen reunion.

"I have always been open to a reunion," Farley told In Touch Weekly magazine. "I think it would be fun to have all of our significant others involved so our fans can see the dynamics between all of us and how far we’ve come."

"We're a true family," Pauly says in the trailer.

While Deena Nicole Cortese, who replaced Angelina Pivarnick during the show's third season, was not visibile in the trailer, Life & Style told readers that she would likely be a part of the reunion special since she's been spending so much time with her former co-stars in recent months. As for Ronnie Magro, he was filming another E! reality series, Famously Single, during the reunion show's production and it hasn't yet been confirmed whether or not he will be featured on the upcoming special.

"I honestly don't know if anyone has spoken to [Ronnie] about [the reunion]," Cortese told Us Weekly when the special was in the works. "Right now we're in a group chat with me, Pauly, Vinny, Mike, Nicole, Jenni, and Sam. Ronnie's actually not in it right now, in the group chat, but we're all talking about it and we're all trying to figure out ways to make it happen."

News of the Jersey Shore reunion first hit the web earlier this summer after the cast was seen spending time together on a New Jersey boardwalk.

"They were here for a couple hours and had dinner and played boardwalk games,” Toby Wolf, the director of marketing for Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, told the Asbury Park Press.
