Eniko Parrish is sticking to her vows of “for better or worse” with her husband Kevin Hart in the heat of a cheating scandal. Meanwhile, his accuser and the woman who alleged tried to extort him will come forward after hiring a high profile attorney.

“There is absolutely no divorce talk,” insiders told PEOPLE magazine Tuesday. “She obviously knows about the cheating allegations. To her, Kevin is a great husband. Eniko is aware that Kevin has been accused of being a ladies’ man. She doesn’t care. He is her husband and he always comes home to her.”

The couple was seen together for the first time since the news broke Sunday via Hart’s Instagram video. They went out to lunch in the Woodland Hills area in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, the girl who is speculated to be the one trying to get money from Hart in exchange for a reported video that catches him in the act, has hired none other than attorney Lisa Bloom.

Bloom took to Twitter to reveal her agreement with Montia Sabbag and also announced Sabbag would come forward and share her side of things during a press release Wednesday morning.

Bloom said Sabbag “was briefly involved with Kevin Hart a month ago. Since that time, she has been the subject of false, vicious attacks on her character.”

She added that Sabbag “will speak out at a press conference about the true facts of this situation, and will announce their next legal move.”

Bloom has been in the headlines even more lately than normal as she also represented Blac Chyna in her case against Rob Kardashian and Quantasia Sharpton, who took legal action against singer Usher with claims that he exposed her to an STD.

As for Hart’s first wife, Torrei, she is getting mixed reactions after she headed to Inside Edition for an interview just a day after Kevin exposed his allegedly cheating ways on Instagram.

Torrei defended her interview that included her saying her marriage with Kevin ended because of “lies” and “infidelity” on his part. She also blasted Parrish in the video with accusations that Parrish was the other woman during the last two years of Torrei and Kevin’s marriage.

“Listen I have been quiet for a long time but I’m going to say something today,” she wrote on Instagram. “Y’all have your opinion about me but guess what I’m a woman who was there from day one when Kevin was selling sneakers. I have no hidden motives. What you see is what you get. I have every right to speak my peace.”

She then spoke on the interview and added, “If I want tod o an interview to promote my brand I have every right to do that. Kevin has used me in his Comedy act for years and no one seems to have a problem with that. Me and Kevin met in college in a theater arts class and it just so happens he blew up before me. I’m a thespian who has been training for years, I’m a hard working mom who just started my natural hair care line @heavenlyhart as a self love gift for my daughter.”

She then reminded fans of what she’s been through because of Parrish and Kevin’s union.

“I was done dirty and treated like trash but still always kept it classy. I had to constantly see my kids in pictures and at events with my Ex husband and his mistress and I still took it on the chin like a champ. I had to watch him blow up and leave me for another woman when I held it down from the beginning. I made so many sacrifices that no one knows about. But there is only so much a person can take. So if I want to do a quick interview to promote myself so be it. #enoughisenough”
