Now that Tamar Braxton has confirmed she has filed for divorce from Vincent Herbert, new reports could reveal why.

Rumor has it the beginning of the end for the celebrity couple started after Braxton was fired from daytime talk show, The Real, TMZ reported Thursday. But the two had been fighting off divorce rumors for years.

Still, Braxton was allegedly in a state of depression after the show pulled the plug and didn’t renew her contract. Insiders said her downward spiral had a negative impact on her marriage to Herbert. The two were already experiencing issues but this was a major one to add to the growing pile of marital woes.

Still, the now exes put on a face for the public despite Braxton moving out of the home they shared together three months ago. Word is they continued to act like a couple to snag viewers for their reality series, Tamar & Vince, that’s set to return for its fifth season on WeTV Nov. 9.

Braxton now reportedly lives in a condominium in Beverly Hills that has a price tag of about $15K a month.

Interestingly enough, Herbert and Braxton made headlines after they put their Calabasas home up for sale earlier this month. They put the 13, 716-square foot mansion on the market for $15 million.

Next month would have marked their ninth wedding anniversary.

Meanwhile, Tamar & Vince is slated to cover Braxton and Herbert’s fallout. In a new teaser for the series she said, “With everything that I’ve been going through this past year, I have chosen to overcome. I was basically fired [from ‘The Real’].

Herbert says that he believes Braxton “is going through a midlife crisis.”

In another scene she asks, “What am I supposed to do? Let me manage myself. Don’t worry about it.”

Herbert then accuses Braxton of being “hard to manage” in which she asks, “Who says that to their wife?”

Her friend Tiny Harris even advises her, “I think you should get another manager – before you want to get another husband.”

It looks like Braxton chose the door with “another husband” because in another scene she takes off her wedding ring and puts it on the table, despite her confession that she doesn’t want to get divorced like her parents.

She adds, “I’m not willing to live like how I’ve been living.”

Tamar & Vince premieres Thursday Nov. 9 on WeTV at 9/8c. See the teaser below and be sure to keep up with Enstars for the latest.
