Toya Wright has a message for her friend turned enemy possibly turned friend again Tamar Braxton.

Wright, who is currently pregnant with her second child, stopped by TVOne’s Sister Circle talk show, and said a few words to Braxton backstage.

“I would like to say that I wish Tamar Braxton the best,” she said. “I have nothing negative to say about her. I thinks he’s an amazing singer – very talented. I wish her much success.”

She went on to say she and other famous women of color should be an example to their fans and followers.

“And as far as Black women in the entertainment industry who have conflicts, I just feel like we use social media platforms to kind of air out a lot of cattiness and pettiness. And I myself… I’m a victim as well. But we have to do better. We have to start setting more positive examples for our youth who follow us and look up to us, because the girl fights, the Twitter beefs and Instagram shade throwing – it just needs to stop.”

Braxton and Wright’s feud sparked after Braxton was fired from daytime television talk show The Real. Wright was a guest on the show shortly after the shocking news was made public. She wrote in her book that she had tried to get on the show when Braxton was on but that Braxton told her the producers said Wright wasn’t a good fit. Wright said she thought it was ironic that she was given the green light to be a guest on the show after Braxton was no longer a co-host.

This led to the women going head-to-head on social media. But the two might be able to make up sooner than later. Braxton also shared her thoughts on Wright recently.

“It wasn’t about that show. And it wasn’t about the things that Toya was saying,” she said during an appearance on Big Tigger’s radio show on Atlanta’s V103. “She’s been going on media tours and wrote a book about how she felt I was a horrible friend. That was hurtful to me because that was the first time I’ve seen it. It was on a radio station. I didn’t know that we weren’t friends.”

She then shared her side of the story and said Wright never contacted her in attempt to be on The Real. She said she found out Wright was really upset because Braxton didn’t support her book on her social media pages. But Braxton said she was restricted from writing and posting “about certain things” due to her contract with the show.

She went on to extend an olive branch to Wright. Check it out below and keep up with Enstars for the latest.
