Less than 24 hours after filing for divorce from husband Billy Ray Cyrus, Tish Cyrus stepped out with daughter Miley Cyrus for a night out on the town.

The Can't Be Tamed singer tweeted a photo of the outing.

"Dinner with the most beautiful mommy in the world @tishcyrus," Miley tweeted on Friday, June 14.

The tweet seems to suggest whose side she's on. After the divorce news was released on June 13, Miley called out her father on Twitter after being unable to get in touch with him.

"@BillyRayCyrus, since your text and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?" the young singer tweeted.

Tish broke Billy Ray's Achy Breaky Heart when she filed for divorce.

"This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family," Tish said in a statement. "We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."

In a statement to PEOPLE, Billy Ray said, "This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."

As TMZ first reported, Tish listed "irreconcilable differences" as a reason for wanting the split after 19 years of marriage. The 53-year-old is also looking for sole custody of the couple's only minor child, Noah. Billy Ray's soon-to-be ex is also requesting spousal support and wants him to cover attorney fees. The date of the spouse's separation is listed as "to be determined."

Billy Ray and Tish have five children, including 26-year-old Brandi and 24-year-old Trace from Tish's previous relationship as well as 20-year-old Miley and 19-year-old Braison.

In 2010, when the pair first almost parted ways they released a joint statement that said: "We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers."

Five months later when Billy Ray announced on ABC's The View that he withdrew his divorce filing. "I want to put my family back together," the 51-year-old singer said.
