In one of the preview clips for tonight's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian has lunch with her stepbrother Brandon Jenner and his wife Leah Jenner as they discuss Bruce Jenner's hearing problem.

The episode, titled Kim Kardashian Lunches With Stepbrother, includes a segment with a pregnant and glowing Kardashian asking Brandon, "so why can't Bruce just admit that he can't hear?"

"Well, the problem is some people take offense," Brandon says and his wife Leah agrees adding, "I don't think he wants to hear it, ya know?"

Kim tells Brandon that he should be the one to talk to Bruce because he can persuade him to go to the doctor to get his ears checked.

"I don't know hmmm," Brandon replies with skepticism, adding "I think it might be tough for me to say something to him...Poor guy, you know he doesn't want to admit it."

Brandon admits in his on-camera confessional in the clip that his father Bruce has had hearing trouble longer than he should have: "I definitely noticed in the past year at least that my dad Bruce can't hear as good he used to," Brandon tells the camera.  

In the second preview clip for episode 4 titled, Root Cause of Bruce Jenner's Bad Hearing, Bruce begins the teaser telling his wife, Kris Jenner, the outcome of his visit to the ear doctor.

"I went to the ear doctor," Bruce casually mentions to Kris at home then explains the visit in detail- "I took all these hearing tests...my low pitch were very good, it's in the normal range. ..but high pitch is where I have problems."

After Bruce explains the difference between a high and low pitch to Kris, she jokes that she will begin to speak to him in a low pitch until the conversation takes on more serious tone. Bruce tells her that he has to get additional extensive testing done: "I have to get an MRI," Bruce tells Kris.

"My hearing is not as good in my right ear as it is in my left ear it makes sure you don't have a tumor or something like that on it," Bruce explains. "He said that it's rare that something like that would happen," he added.

Kris is visibly upset and repeatedly ask him, "It's a tumor? You have a tumor?!"

In Kris' confessional, she nervously explains that she is upset about the possibility that Bruce might have brain cancer.

"It never occurred to me that the reason that Bruce has lost his hearing is because he raced cars his whole life and flown airplanes, but it could actually be caused by a brain tumor," said Kris.

The fourth episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians season 8 airs on Sunday, June 23 at 8 p.m. EST/7 Central.
