Despite being snubbed by the Grammys this year, Halsey praised a newbie for leading the nominations.

Halsey took to Twitter to share her disappointment towards Grammy for snubbing her and BTS despite their song "Boys with Luv" receiving a platinum-certified by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

The 25-year-old singer admitted that being left out of this year's nominations made her sad. However, the she kept her cool and shifted her thoughts instead by recognizing the record-breaking number of nominations bagged by the neon green queen, Billie Eilish.

Halsey expressed her happiness after Eilish "crushed" the Grammys and declared that the 17-year-old new artist "unstoppable."

Seeing how a teenager get six nominations already made Halsey wish she had known someone like Eilish when she was still a kid.

The "Without Me" singer continued to spread positivity and congratulated the Grammy nominees for the great music they produced.

Halsey previously received nominations for 2017 for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for her participation in the Chainsmokers' hit song "Closer" and for Album of the Year on Justin Bieber's Purpose as a featured artist.

The Great Billie Eilish's Nominations

Eilish raked in a total of six nominations for the 62nd Grammy Awards. She is set to compete with A-list artists like Ariana Grande, Lana Del Rey, Bon Iver, and Lizzo.

Billie made it to the list of nominees for Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Record of the Year, Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Pop Solo Performance.

If Eilish wins, she will still not be breaking the record of 14-year old LeAnn Rimes and Luis Miguel, who became the youngest artists to win in the Academy Awards. However, the youngest solo winner for Album of the Year record -- the title Taylor Swift currently owns -- can be hers should she win.

Halsey's Cousin

One year ago, Eilish met Halsey's 13-year-old cousin, who is a superfan of the Grammy nominee, in New York.

Halsey shared the moment on Twitter and said, "asked @billieeilish if she would meet my 13 yr old cousin in new york last night and she made her life."

It turned out that the Eilish is the little girl's inspiration and Halsey became the bridge to make one of her dreams come true.

Halsey described the 17-year-old singer as a kind and gentle singer, and she was in awe to meet and know such an amazing artist.
